NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING
of the
Prescott Historical Society
and the
Sharlot Hall Historical Society
Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the members of the Prescott Historical Society of Arizona and the Sharlot Hall Historical Society of Arizona and to the general public that the Prescott Historical Society of Arizona (PHS – an Arizona state agency) and the Sharlot Hall Historical Society of Arizona (SHHS – a non-profit corporation) will hold the Annual Membership Meeting, an meeting open to the public, on Monday, June 11, 2018, beginning at 4:00 p.m. at Sharlot Hall Museum, 415 West Gurley Street, Prescott, Arizona. Items on the agenda may be taken out of order.
AGENDA
1. Call to Order.
2. President’s Report (Dave Maurer).
3. Report on results of 2018 Board of Trustees election (Dave Maurer).
4. Executive Director’s Report (Fred Veil)
5. Call to the Public
This is the time for the public to comment. Those wishing to address the Board of Trustees must register prior to the beginning of the meeting, and be recognized by the Chair. It is probable that each representation will be limited to no more than three (3) minutes and one (1) person per organization. Members of the Board of Trustees may not discuss items that are not specifically on the agenda. Therefore, pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.01(H), action taken as a result of public comment on any topic not specifically listed on the agenda will be limited to directing staff to study the matter or scheduling the matter for further consideration and decision at a later time.
