Tyler Lansing

Tyler Lansing is the son of well-known potter Bob Lansing. Like his father, he produces beautiful pieces that are inspired by his Navajo heritage and nature. In his own words, “For me…I’m very honored that my father passed this along to us. It provides healing for us and all of the people that collect our work.” Having served in the Marine Corps, where he had two deployments, Tyler feels that he has seen the world and it has made him very appreciative of his heritage. Coming back home to work alongside his family feels like a journey that has seen him come full circle and brought about a reawakening. He feels a great connection to the earth through working raw clay into stunning pieces of pottery.
