The Sharlot Hall Museum Gift Shop complements any visit to the Museum with its vast selection of charming merchandise that further enhances our guests’ overall experience. Further, the Museum Gift Shop helps support heritage education at the Museum.
It occupies the ground floor of the Bashford House, a beautiful Victorian home that was rescued from demolition and moved to the Museum grounds in 1974. The Bashford House remains Prescott’s only Victorian house that is regularly open to the public.
Today’s Museum Gift Shop features theme rooms filled with thoughtfully selected items for every guest and every occasion. For instance, the store brims with inventory reminiscent of what territorial-era shopkeepers might have stocked — old-time-recipe hand soaps, green and black brick tea from China, children’s toys, and reproductions of period publications. Museum members receive 10% off every store purchase – another of many great reasons to become a member today!
Museum Gift Shop hours: Tuesday through Sunday, 12 noon to 4 p.m. Closed Monday. Admission to the Museum Gift Shop is free for browsing and buying; admission to the Museum is through the Sharlot’s Depot.
