Marjory Sente honors the 100th anniversay of the Grand Canyon being named a national park by highlighting the stamps and envelopes that honored this natural wonder, and that document its rich postal history.  "Viewing the Grand Canyon with a Philatelic Eye" is a FREE lecture;  begins at 2 p.m.; seating is limited.

Frontier Christmas

The Annual Frontier Christmas is a featured holiday highlight of "Arizona's Christmas City" Prescott.  Luminarias, hand-made decorations, fresh-baked cookies and hot cider welcome locals and out-of-town visitors to celebrate a full dose of holiday spirit and good cheer on the Museum grounds immediately following the Prescott downtown Courthouse lighting ceremony.  Admission is $5 and children, 17 and under are free, to celebrate the warmth and spirit of "Christmas past" as the Museum (and the City) puts on its holiday finest.…
