Movies at the Museum: “Castle Hot Springs: Oasis of Time”

Join us for a special showing of the Emmy®-Award-winning documentary Castle Hot Springs: Oasis of Time, with an introduction and Q&A with filmmaker Kristin Atwell Ford. Discover the colorful story of Arizona’s oldest resort!

As a supplement to the film, the Museum’s Library and Archives will have a special display of photos, ephemera, and collection items from Castle Hot Springs.

Filmmaker Kristin Atwell Ford has written, directed, and produced many award-winning documentary films about the history, land, and people of Arizona. Kristin has been honored to film on the lands of the Yavapai, Navajo, Hopi, Maricopa, and Apache People. She sits on the Western Council of the Entertainment Community Fund and is the recipient of the 2021 Governor’s Arts Award for Artist of the Year.

The program will be held in the Education Center Auditorium (rain or shine). Purchase tickets below (seats limited to 85 max.). Join us at 5:30 for drinks and refreshments prior to the program.
